I’m Radu.
I’ve spent more than twenty years working across the systems, platforms and people that keep creative and engineering organisations moving. I give that work my best, but not my whole life.
From building systems to building teams.
I began in production technology and systems engineering, close to the day-to-day work of keeping demanding creative environments running. As my responsibilities grew, I found that the most lasting improvements came from helping people work well together: making ownership clear, developing capability and creating space to improve the systems they depended on.
That perspective has followed me through studio growth, international teams, platform integration and critical operations. I still value technical depth. My job as a leader is to use it to ask better questions, set direction and help others make sound decisions.
What matters to me.
My family, my furry babies, my friends: they’re my world. I’m always close to water, whether I’m swimming, snorkelling or kitesurfing. I fence, I compete, and I push myself to win.
